• A technical issue prevents us from delivering the agreed service.
• You were charged multiple times for the same service.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

• You raise a complaint after the 2‑day refund window has expired.
• You change your mind after service work has started.
• You request a refund after using or accessing the service outcomes.
• Delays are caused by third‑party providers (hosting, domain, plugins, ad platforms).

Partnership Continuation

If you are not satisfied within the 2‑day window, we will process a refund and may choose not to continue the partnership. After this period, services are considered accepted and non‑refundable.

Return Policy

As our offerings are services, returns are not applicable. Once service work has commenced or deliverables are provided, they cannot be returned.

Exchange/Replacement

We may offer adjustments or corrections if:

• The delivered work has a technical defec
• Files or deliverables are incomplete
