Prositekit sells readymade WordPress/WooCommerce website templates as instant digital downloads, along with digital marketing services. Because template purchases give you immediate access to downloadable files, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital products rather than ongoing services.

Digital Template Purchases

Eligible for a refund if:

• The download link is broken or you did not receive access within 24 hours of purchase.
• The files delivered are corrupted, incomplete, or do not match the product described on the listing.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Not eligible for a refund if:

• You have already downloaded and used the template files.
• You changed your mind after purchase, with no technical issue involved.
• The request is made outside a reasonable window (7 days) from the purchase date.

Refund requests for template purchases should be raised within 7 days of purchase.

Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing services such as website customization, performance marketing, or SEO, we offer a 2-day refund window for new clients from the start of the engagement.

Eligible for a refund if:

• You are not satisfied with the service within the first 2 days.
• A technical issue on our end prevents us from delivering the agreed service.
• You were charged multiple times for the same service.

Not eligible for a refund if:

• You raise a complaint after the 2-day window has expired.
• You change your mind after service work has already started.
• You request a refund after using or accessing the service outcomes.
• Delays are caused by third-party providers (hosting, domain, plugins, ad platforms).

If you’re not satisfied within the 2-day window, we’ll process a refund and may choose not to continue the engagement. After this period, services are considered accepted and non-refundable.

Exchange/Replacement

For template purchases, we’ll provide a corrected file or replacement if:

• The delivered files have a technical defect.
• Files or deliverables are incomplete.
• Incorrect product files were provided.

All exchange or correction requests are reviewed by our support team on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

As our products are digital downloads and our services are professional work, physical returns are not applicable.
